WARUM MACHEN WIR DAS?
Für ehrliches und nachhaltiges Essen, für Euch und um die türkische Küche und türkischen Wein fernab von Döner zu zeigen.
Wir müssen 60.000 € aufbringen, um die Eröffnung unseres Restaurants zu ermöglichen. Um dieses Geld zu sammeln, verkaufen wir Gutscheine für das Gürmet oder auch für Events mit 20 % Rabatt und inklusive bevorzugter Reservierungsmöglichkeit.
Außerdem bieten wir weitere Extras an, wie zum Beispiel Verkostungen türkischer Weine. Die Crowdfunding-Aktion startet am Mittwoch, den 2. September um 12:00 Uhr.
WARUM MACHEN WIR DAS?
Die Auflagen und starken Einschränkungen am Markt machen es uns schwer, Euch und uns vollends glücklich zu machen. Außerdem wollen wir weiter intensiv zeigen, dass die türkische Kulinarik nicht nur aus Döner besteht.
Zudem kann das Restaurant länger als bis 20.00 Uhr geöffnet sein und eine größere Küche bietet uns mehr Möglichkeiten, kreativ zu sein.
Unser Stand am Viktualienmarkt bleibt natürlich bestehen und auch dort können die Gutscheine eingelöst werden.
Könntet ihr nicht einfach einen Kredit aufnehmen?
Banken vergeben keine Kredite an kleine Betriebe wie das Gürmet, bzw. ist das für Gastronomien grundsätzlich schwierig.
Wir sind ein kleiner Betrieb, der die Corona-Zeit überstanden und gerade erst alle Investitionen für unseren Standort am Viktualienmarkt gestemmt hat.
Außerdem wollen wir keine externen Investoren an Bord holen, wir möchten die Kontrolle über Gürmet behalten.
Stattdessen bitten wir alle, die ohnehin einen Besuch bei Gürmet geplant haben, im Voraus zu zahlen. Als Dankeschön für eure Unterstützung in dieser wichtigen Phase erhaltet ihr einen Rabatt in Höhe von 20 %!

We need to raise 60,000 € to help open our restaurant. To raise this money - we are selling vouchers to Gürmet at 20% off with priority booking included.
We are also selling other perks like Turkish Wine Tastings. The crowdfund goes live at 12pm on
Wednesday 2nd of September.
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
The conditions and the especially the restrictions of Viktualienmarkt making it very hard to create the experience we want you to have and fullfill your and our desires.
But also we can open later than 8pm and with a bigger kitchen, there are more possibilities to be creative.
Our place at Viktualienmarkt will remain open.
could you not just get a loan?
Banks don't give out loans to places like Gürmet.
We are just a small business, survived Covid and just covered all investments for our place at Viktualienmarkt.
We also don't want to bring investors in. We want to keep control of Gürmet.
Instead we are asking people who planned to visit Gürmet to pay in advance and in return you get 20% extra to spend as a thank you for helping us raise money when we needed it!
